10 - We're still in the process of improving our on call system, we do check it but I'd say we're not there yet. And while we have a career ladder as such - it's not really well defined but we will define it better in the future.

Aflorithmic Labs is a London & Barcelona based fast-growing AI Voice- and Audio-Tech Startup with global ambition. Our aim is to make the creation of beautiful audio as easy as writing and enable the creation of innovative audio products that leverage the new possibilities of state-of-the-art AI speech and sound synthesis through API. Aflorithmic has been featured in international press like TechCrunch, Business Insider, 20min and more due to the state-of-the-art voice cloning and automated audio production capabilities.

In candidates, we look for excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, a healthy “Can-do” attitude and an unwavering ability to embrace a positive culture of blameless post-mortems, admit mistakes and continuous improvement. We are a team of builders and love enthusiastic team players; we value great collaboration and communication skills. Whether you are an academic or have an industry background, we'd love you to join our 20+ people strong international team made out of 13 nationalities in engineering, voice & audio, R&D and business (backgrounds include: PhDs, European Space Agency, SAP, Amazon).

We believe everyone has ideas to contribute to our objective of continuous improvement, so you will be expected to take ownership and bring ideas to the table, and also inspire others in the team to do the same. Customer trust is super important to us, and as we handle PII voice data for our voice cloning API it's vital that we do this in a secure and trustworthy way. Find out more about our Ethics here.
